They are trying to look tough by angling the camera up from a low level. the man with his hands in his pockets in trying to broaden himself to show dominance. the clothing they wear is to make them look higher class. the ones in the back smile while the rest don't to make the emotions more noticeable. the brick wall behind them makes you assume they are at a low class place making you assume they are there to do something criminal or bad.

I would say the answer is a. 5 and 7 because one is talking about teaching your dog to sit and the other is teaching your dog to lay down. I have a dog and to teach her to sit the process is the same as teaching her to lay down (I.e. you do the process to teach her either of those skills). Hope this helped! :)
