Mr bean is a timeless comedy TV series because it is able to attract viewers with ridiculous actions in his daily life. And mr bean is literally speechless.it is amazing that the creator of mr bean is able to bring life and attracts viewers to this TV series without its character to speak but simply move around. I think that it's pretty hard to accomplish this much in today's modern days where cartoons, tv shows, movies, and anime are rampaging

Just for the lols.
Nah just kidding.
Rowan Atkinson, the creator of Mr. Bean, said that it reminds him of when he was in college when he developed the concept of the character. What makes him funny is the ability to engage in everyday life in silent but when given a certain task, he solves it using the most unusual and funny steps to solve it.

Hi, you've asked a question that seems incomplete. However, I answered from a general musical perspective.

Answer:

b. features melody followed by taqsim section.

Explanation:

Note, the term Al-Shaghal is sometimes used to refer to a form of musical production that involves several musicians playing the same melody but in different styles, which is usually followed by a tasqsim section.

A tasqsim section often involves a form of musical expression used by Arabian musicians to express their emotions in the course of a musical performance.
