You start to see in it premonitions of her suicide. The title suggests being on the edge or having slipped off it. Since the poem is about a "perfected woman," one starts to read it as the poem about Plath herself dead, perfect. The central figure then becomes the woman Plath thought she would become by her suicide, with the relief and defiance, the all-encompassing knowledge ("she is used to this sort of thing") she would then possess, as well as her frightening qualities ("blacks crackle and drag") that, in her superior way, she can take for granted, although we, the reader, cannot.

One of the most interesting wonders in the world is a circle of stones known as
zimovet [89]

Answer:

C) Some scientists think that Stonehenge was used like a calendar.

Explanation:

Reading through the passage, we can see in this sentence:

"Some believe that the stone circle was used as a calendar to show how the sun and moon moved. This may have helped ancient people follow the seasons. This in turn would help people predict seasons."

The wording and phrasing help support our argument. It says on how they used it like a calendar, and how some scientists believe in that usage. (Hope this helps)

Which reasons explain why a first person perspective may be biased
Colt1911 [192]
First person perspective is the perspective of one person, the protagonist, this means there is no perspective from other characters. This means that the protagonist is the only one telling the story. This character could lack experience and knowledge and therefore misunderstand a situation or have an opinion on a subject.

The paper is stating the poems' summaries. themes. topics. transitions.
lana66690 [7]
The paper that is being referred above is <span>"Ode on a Grecian Urn" and "On Seeing the Elgin Marbles" which are poems of John Keats. In the statement, it states the difference between the two wherein "Ode on a Grecian Urn" refers to art as an unchanging truth and "On Seeing the Elgin Marbles" refers to art that changes over time. In this case, the paper states the poems THEMES. </span>
