Hello!

Binge drinking in men and women are very similar, it just varies depending on a person's ability to break down the alcohol which creates our tolerance, which is commonly a phrase we know as 'holding your liquor' and size. Though men are more known to be less affected by the same quanity of drinks as a woman.

By definition, binge drinking is the excessive consumption of alcohol. The effects of binge drinking over an extending period of time can lead to alcohol poisioning, cancers, and makes you more prone to infections as alchol is a type of drug that does affect the immune system.

Binge drinking in men is commonly the consumption of 5 or more drinks within a 2 hour period, which creates a blood alcohol content level of around 0.08 or more.

Hope this helps answer your question!
