The Wayu people considered that human’s life does not end with death but the continuous appearance of the relationship with one’s bones. Their tradition in burial is that the family and relatives of the dead will bury the body with the personal belongings and will dig up the bones after 5 years and will put into ceramics then reburied into the cemetery.The Wayu men were called as Polygamist, they can have many wives as much as they want but when the marriage is nearly approaching, the marriage will be arranged and accompanied by a payment that should be given to other relatives of the wayu woman.The Wayu Cultural Festive are as follows:The Handicraft Exhibits, which women will cook and offer the usual food from their cuisine which is a chopped sheep. The Theater Plays, The Wayu children, and young people will dance with the little goat with them which means giving thanks for the gratitude with the good harvests and rain.
