conservative ideology tend to believe the power of the free market. According to this ideology, the Government interventions only reated imbalance in the market competitions, which only drives profit to the people who are not supposed to win the competition.</span>

It would've been prevented if the U.S had watched closely to the Pacific Ocean, however it would've been less damage if they were prepared for the strike. Yet, they had a radar system and the machine was newly invented. The machine read incoming fleets but it wasn't accurate til the last minute.
