Pavel’s pocket money increases from €12 per week to €15 per week. Work out the percentage increase in his pocket money.

12 --> 15

It's a 25% increase.

Increase = New Number - Original Number

15-12=3

Then:  divide the increase by the original number and multiply the answer by 100.

3/12=1/4=0.25 x 100=25

25% is the answer
