Maybe you need to get more sleep, or have a better diet and not eat too many junky foods and eat healthier foods that keep you active and awake. You might also not engage in a lot of physical activities that you body may need. Try to go to the park every so often, and do some cardio and run some laps around the block.

There are multiple reasons you could feel tired.

Dehydration, Anxiety, lack of sleep, poor diet, and many more things.
