This made the work faster as I wouldn't need to re-type all over again. To do this, I can use either the in design key combinations like Ctrl+C for copying, Ctrl+X for Cutting, Ctrl+P for pasting.

Spelling and Grammar Check: while the word processing app (Microsoft word) has a way of notifying users of errors concerning grammar and spelling, instead of rewriting or looking for the correct spelling or grammar, I can quickly use the inbuilt function in the Microsoft word to check and make the correction. To do this, I can right-click the mouse on the error, and select the appropriate spelling or grammar
