Once in a month the egg is released from the ovary to the fallopian tube where the sperm of male is present for the process of fertilization which results in formation of zygote. Zygote remains in the fallopian tube for the next three to four days. Then it travels to the uterus for the implantation where the growth and nourishment of embryo takes place.
Autotrophs make their own food while heterotrophs do not; because of this, autotrophs may survive in certain situations in which heterotrophs would not.
