What is iambic pentameter, and what is an example of it? This is for poetry.
OleMash [197]
Iambic pentameter follows an abababab rhythmic pattern.

Example:

"What light through yonder window breaks?"

See how the rhythm sounds when you read that sentence:

what light (ab) through yon - (ab) der win- (ab) dow breaks?

Why does macbeth go to see the witches in this act
Lyrx [107]
Macbeth goes to see the witches again because everything they have told him has been true, so going to see the witches again will help determine whether Fleance is a threat to his throne.

Things that have been true that he was told:

He became the Thane of Cawdor.
Then became the King of Scotland.
