The author portrays the disappointment in this statement when he says that it is devastating to receive shallow understanding from the ones with a great will as compared to the ones with the ill will. <em>The statement seems to be a complaint or grievance which the author shows after being ignored or opposed by the ones he expects to favor him.</em> <em>He condemns their hollow perceptions regarding the things and supposedly urges them to think broad and rooted. He doesn't show his anguish towards the one with the ill will as he has no expectations from them but from the ones he hopes negates to agree fills him with agony and frustration. </em>
