14th: People borned in the US as well as naturalized are citizens, and must obey the jurisdiction. It also states the people's rights, such as the right to "life, liberty property", as well as "equal protection in the laws."
15th: The rights of the citizens of the US must not be denied, especially in the case of African Americans.
These Amendments were created during and after the Civil War, and allowed different people groups to enjoy the "American Dream", which is Freedom, Liberty, and Equality.
