One of the grievances that the king of England inflicted in the colonies was the following:
"He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good."
This is a particularly important complaint. In these lines, the writers of the Declaration tell us that the king was unresponsive to their needs. Whenever the colonists saw a need for a new law, and decided to create it, the king would refuse to give his assent. This caused the colonists problems, because they were unable to try to find a solution to their own problems.
"He has combined with others<span> to </span>subject<span> us to a </span>jurisdiction foreign<span> to our </span>constitution<span> and </span>unacknowledged<span> by our laws, giving his </span>assent<span> to their </span>acts of pretended legislation:<span>For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us". this was a huge one because people were forced to help and quarter soldiers in there homes. it eventually was in the third amendment that gave the right to not have to quarter soldiers in homes.</span>
It would generally be "growth" that focuses on equal opportunities for education, since it is in the best interest of the country in question to have as many educated citizens as possible.
