The question being tested is whether or not the human body will produce more red blood cells at higher altitudes.
The hypothesis an athlete would create from this question is that the body will produce more red blood cells at a higher altitude to ensure the pumping of oxygen throughout the body.

President Lincoln would argue that the Emancipation Proclamation was simply a strategic move designed to destabilize the southern states. It did not apply to border states and it was null and void if the rebellious state returned to the Union. Moreover, because the southern states had seceded, they were no longer under the authority of the federal government, thus Lincoln had no authority over them

In recent time, the aforementioned issues were replaced with
discrimination, slavery and genocide of many Native American. Slavery had been
one of the biggest problems in the United States that had rooted to racial discrimination
and segregation among the citizens of the country as well as it contributes to
genocide to many Native American families that were “civilized” by the current
culture.
