Answer and Explanation:

If an objective lens of 400x has a DFV of 500цm

then what would be the DFV of 1000x=?

1000*500/400

=1250цm

1mm=1000цm

?      = 1250цm

b. Glutamic acid replacing valine in the first position

c.             Extensive amino acid substitutions

d.            Trinucleotide repeats

e.            Frameshift substitutions

The answer is A. this is caused by a mutation in the beta thalassemia genes on one of the 46 human chromosomes (chromosome #11) of the individual. The alpha subunit is normal in people with sickle cell disease. When sickle hemoglobin releases oxygen in the peripheral tissues, the molecules tend to stick together and form long chains or polymers. These rigid polymers distort the cell and cause it to bend out of shape from the normative disc shape.

Explain in details how the circulatory body system works
elena-s [515]
The circulatory body system, otherwise known as the cardiovascular or vascular system, is composed of four major parts: the heart, arteries, and veins. The vital responsibilities of the said system is to circulate blood throughout the body, transport nutrients, and carry away waste for elimination. Circulation starts when the heart pumps out blood through the main artery aorta, into the lung capillaries for oxygenation, and throughout the body via the arteries. Besides oxygen, nutrients and metabolic products are distributed as blood circulates, waste is processed and soon after eliminated by the kidneys as blood circulates there, and un-oxygenated blood returns to the heart through the superior and inferior vena cava (veins), the whole cycle therefore carrying on.
