English

The correct answer is C. Sarcasm sounds positive but is meant to be the opposite

Sarcasm involves a dry sense of humor where something is said ironically to entertain or amuse readers. An instance of sarcasm could be telling someone "Thanks, you've been a great help", when in fact they have been strongly unhelpful and unsupportive towards you. Another instance of sarcasm could be telling some, "Aren't you beautiful?" when in fact they are wearing an ugly ogre costume for Halloween.

Why is insurgent (from the divergent series) a good book to read? Please explain in 3 - 4 sentences.
sineoko [7]
Hey there!

These were very great books and also the movie was just outstanding! One reason why I would say that reading this book would be very great would be because they contain a lot of story and action. By reading this, you can visualize what you are reading about and when reading, this would be a good key point to do, to visualize what you are reading. And also, this was a thinking book, you would have to find out (a) and (b) to understand what the story is explaining. Reading a book when you have to think would be an awesome and pleasing book to read.

I hope this helps you, feel free to ask more questions! Have a great day.

How does the young hunter address phoenix?
yarga [219]

Answer:

First, the hunter calls Phoenix "Granny." She is very old and this might have been a term of endearment. But given the hunter's overall treatment of Phoenix, the term "Granny" is probably intended with condescension. He does help her up, but he also belittles her.

I hope it's helpful!

One most important is obviously her paintings, she was even given a title, "The master of self-portraits" Because she was really good at it. Her most famous painting is "The two Frida's" and the second thing people remember about her the most is her marriage to Diego Rivera who was also a famous artist back then and a little bit now. Frida is very well known for a lot of things, she has been through a lot. Many look up to her because though people then thought the unibrow was strange and ugly, she stood up for herself in any way possible.
