Explanation:

To make all these sentences more emphatic, we should alter the canonical or universal order of sentences. This is done by placing the adveb clauses at the beginning , when they are generally placed at the end. Once the adverb clauses are foregrounded , a comma should be put between these clauses and the main clause. Another feature some of these adverb clauses has is the use of reference , the pronouns  that have been italiced create a bit of suspense since the referent , see bold typed words,  is clarified in the main clause. This is called cataphoric reference. The pronoun antecedes the reference.
