The correct form of this sentence would be; " Eva went to Dallas to visit her sister. "

mistakes in the sentence were ;
- "was go to" should have been said as just went to because it is past tense
- "dallas" was not capitalized
- no coma is needed after Dallas

How do clear organizational patterns best help readers understand a text
marissa [1.9K]

Answer:

by guiding readers through information in the text

Explanation:

When it comes to <em>"effective writing," a clear, organizational pattern</em> is very important. It provides <u>effective thinking</u> for the readers too. It will then guide them with the information that the writer includes in the text.

There are many kinds of patterns one can choose from when it comes to organizing texts and these are: <em><u>chronological order, spatial order, climactic order and topical order.</u></em> The writer may choose one pattern or incorporate different patterns together <u>depending on the topic of the text.</u>

So, this explains the answer.

The main clause is "Chris's chief interest was tennis".
The subordinate clause is "Which he was just learning to play" and it is an adjective clause because it describes what the "tennis" was like. Tennis is an object and this subordinate clause further describes that it is the tennis that he was trying to learn.
