What is the difference between responsiveness and homeostasis?

Homeostasis- <span>The balance of all systems of the body. It is also known as homeostatic balance.</span>

Responsiveness- Mental Status. 

Correct me if I'm wrong on any of these, please. Trying to remember from EMT Websites and my textbooks.
