The correct answer is people can’t trespass, even to express political views.

The right of assembly and petition apply to private property because people can’t trespass, even to express political views.

People have the right to be comfortably in their own homes. Nobody can tresspass to express any political idea. The right to assemble is expressed in the First Amendment, but to do it in public places where it is appropriate, at the right time and place. This does not include private property. Nobody can enter private property and be there to express his/her own ideas, as was the case of Pruneyard Shopping Center vs. Robins of 1980.

I would say that people cannot trespass, even to express political views.
If a property is private, it means that you cannot just enter somebody else's property and assemble there with a group of people. It is allowed in public property, but not in private property - if people do that, they will likely be jailed because it is illegal.
