Their. The Suns are a group of people, therefore they get they/them/their, the English pronoun for multiple persons. Its would refer to an object, a team is not an object.

Well, it would make all the more sense for the sentence to read "The Suns have yet to win their first championship." but, speaking logically from a different perspective if The Suns were a group / team / clan.

It would then read "The Suns have yet to win its first championship"! But breaking it down to 1, I'd say "ITS" first championship.
