Some poses shows the enlightenment attained by Buddha in Bodhgaya, while some shows the event of Lord Buddha meditating. Some Styles of Buddha statues:

*Meditating Buddha

One of the most important poses of Buddha when he was meditating trying to attain the ultimate truth of the life. It is believed that Meditating Buddha statues should be place facing towards east. Many Buddhist monks and disciples of Buddha also use such poses to attain Nirvana.

*Blessing Buddha
