The answer is better job opportunities.

Allthough there are many conditions that can promote better quality life for minorities, better job opportunities that ensure a stable income for the family are an escencial part of their inclusion.

Minorities can experiment discrimination when appliyng for jobs, due to their race, religion, etc. and live a progressive social exclusion because of it. The lack of a stable income makes it difficult to acquire means that are directly related to a quality of life, like a house, a bank loan, a savings account, health care or insurance.
