Earth has layers, similar to an egg. The first layer of earth is the thinnest, like an eggshell, and it's called the crust. Next, there's the mantle. This part is like the liquid egg whites, because it's three layers (named lithosphere, asthenosphere, and mesosphere) are constantly flowing and moving. Lastly, the core, which is the yolk of an egg.
