Hi!! I believe the answer is Carbon monoxide poisoning. I looked up the symptoms of each one, and smog sickness seems to only affect the lungs. Hangovers seem to be a sickness that is similar to the symptoms described, but only after cracking open a few too many cold ones with your boys. Hope this helped..
