Yes, I believe so. There are still some animals that are evolving right now. Humans evolved a lot in the past 100 years. With hair especially, animals will have to evolve to keep living through changes of weather. Like in the future the earth might move further away from the sun, which would make it much colder. Animals would have to evolves to stay warm, like they might grow more fur/hair. Or if it moves closer to the sun they would maybe lose fur/hair. If the earth flooded then they would have to by swimmers/flyers.
