Answer:

50 teaspoon = 0.25 liters.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given  : One teaspoon equals 0.5 centiliters.

To find : How many liters equal 50 teaspoons.

Solution : We have given

One teaspoon equals 0.5 centiliters.

We know that

1 centiliter = 0.01 liters .

0.5 centiliter = 0.5 * 0.01 = 0.005 liters .

0.5 centiliter = 0.005 liters .

Then ,

One teaspoon =  0 .005 liters.

50 teaspoon  = 50 *  0.005 liters .

50 teaspoon = 0.25 liters.

Therefore, 50 teaspoon = 0.25 liters.

Answer:

4) The limit does not exist.

General Formulas and Concepts:

<u>Calculus</u>

Limits

  • Right-Side Limit:                                                                                             \displaystyle \lim_{x \to c^+} f(x)
  • Left-Side Limit:                                                                                               \displaystyle \lim_{x \to c^-} f(x)

Limit Rule [Variable Direct Substitution]:                                                             \displaystyle \lim_{x \to c} x = c

Step-by-step explanation:

*Note:

For a limit to exist, the right-side and left-side limits must be equal to each other.

<u>Step 1: Define</u>

<em>Identify</em>

\displaystyle f(x) = \left\{\begin{array}{ccc}5 - x ,\ x < 5\\8 ,\ x = 5\\x + 3 ,\ x > 5\end{array}

<u>Step 2: Find Left-Side Limit</u>

  1. Substitute in function [Left-Side Limit]:                                                       \displaystyle \lim_{x \to 5^-} 5 - x
  2. Evaluate limit [Limit Rule - Variable Direct Substitution]:                          \displaystyle \lim_{x \to 5^-} 5 - x = 5- 5 = 0

<u>Step 2: Find Left-Side Limit</u>

  1. Substitute in function [Right-Side Limit]:                                                     \displaystyle \lim_{x \to 5^+} x + 3
  2. Evaluate limit [Limit Rule - Variable Direct Substitution]:                           \displaystyle \lim_{x \to 5^+} x + 3 = 5 + 3 = 8

∴ since  \displaystyle \lim_{x \to c^+} f(x) \neq \lim_{x \to c^-} f(x)  ,  \displaystyle  \lim_{x \to 5} f(x) = \text{DNE}

Consumption of fast food is a topic of interest to researchers in the field of nutrition. An article reported that 1880 of those
frez [133]

Answer:

the proportion is 0.2779, that is a 27.79%

Step-by-step explanation:

The article reported that 1880 children ate fast food from a sample of 6765 children. We can use the rule of three to find the proportion of children that ate fast food

  • from 6765 we have 1880 children that ate fast food
  • from 100 children we have 1880 * (\frac{100}{6765}) = 27.79 children that ate fast food

that gives us that a 27.79% of the children ate fast food on a typical day. We can obtain the proportion by dividing the percentage by 100, that gives us a proportion of 27.79/100 = 0.2779.

I hope this helped you!

Its a square, so all the sides are equal. Also, since the area of a square (rectangles) is equal to the height times the length, which are both the same, the area of the square is equal to x², where x is the length of any one side of the square, x²=256. now you square root both sides of that equation, x=√256, and the square root of 256 is 16.

Tl;Dr: each side is 16 feet long.

What’s number one and how do You do it
Aliun [14]
I'm assuming you mean #10?

So we're given this equation:

b - 5 = - 5

In this equation, we a variable of <em>b</em>. We want to solve for <em>b</em> by isolating it, or setting it alone. We see that on the side with <em>b</em> on it, it is being subtracted by 5. We want to the opposite in order to isolate <em>b</em>.

Remember that when you do one thing to one side of the equation, you must do it to the other side as well. We can add 5 on both sides to cancel out the negative 5 on the left.

b - 5 = -5&#10;&#10;add 5 on both sides&#10;&#10;b - 5 + 5 = -5 + 5&#10;&#10;simplify&#10;&#10;b = 0

Therefore we know that <em>b</em> does not equal -10, which can be represented as:

b \neq -10

So you have to (a) color the hair yellow.
