NO. Why?

A prime number is a number divisible by 1 and by itself.
Assuming there is a square number that is prime. If so it will be
divisible by 1 by this number and by its square root, (in total 3) which is in contradiction with the definition of a prime number

Answer:

A, C

Step-by-step explanation:

Use SOH CAH TOA to recall how the trig functions fit on a triangle

SOH: Sin(Ф)= Opp / Hyp

CAH: Cos(Ф)= Adj / Hyp

TOA: Tan(Ф) = Opp / Adj

the ∠A is adjacent (adj) to  AB and opposite (Opp) of BC and AB is the hypotenuse (Hyp) of the triangle

which one of the above trig functions fits that?

sin(Ф) = BC / AC   is sin(Ф)= Opp / Hyp , so choice A) works

cos(Ф) = BC / AC  is not cos(Ф) = Opp / Hyp  so choice B) does not work

cos(Ф) = BA / AC  is cos(Ф) = Adj / Hyp  so choice C)  works

AC / BC is just a ratio   it's not the angle , so D) doesn't work

Change the word phrase to an algebraic expression. Use x to represent the number.
vladimir2022 [97]

The required algebraic expression will be "7(x-5)". A complete solution is provided below.

According to the given question,

  • Let the number be "x".
  • Five less than this number will be "x-5"

Now,

The product of the lesser number with 7 will be:

= 7(x-5) ...(Algebraic expression)

By solving this, we get

= 7x-35

Thus the above answer is appropriate.

the radius of a circle is doubled. a . how does the circumference change? b. How does the area change?
yaroslaw [1]

Let's say the original radius was "r", so the circumference is 2πr and the area is πr².

Now when you double the radius, the you get a new circle with radius 2r, circumference 2π(2r) = 4πr, and area π(2r)² = 4πr².
