The question that serves the most the purpose of an interview is: WHAT DO YOU DO DURING A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK?
This question is usually asked at job interviews. The reason is that when answering this question the person has the opportunity to show a variaty of positive aspects as regards his/her way of working. The interviewer has also the chance to see if the person matches the job requirements, such as experience, skills or availability.
