Hello there! :D

Wow, there’s a lot of reasons for why sleep is so crucial to the body and mind but I’ll keep it short and sweet!

For one reason, sleep is the most stimulating source of energy and the most natural. Secondly, it’s vital for the brain to get up to at least eight hours of sleep for proper development. Lastly, functioning off of little to no sleep while doing daily life activities can be extremely harmful and dangerous, for example like driving, cooking, etc.

Sleep is important for the body because it gives your body time to regain energy. People who sleep more tend to also have a better memory. Without sleep, both your body and mind become weaker and it becomes difficult to do everyday tasks.

Why do tree's cells need to make more DNA?

It’s one of the big mysteries of cell biology. Why do mitochondria—the oval-shaped structures that power our cells—have their own DNA, and why have they kept it when the cell itself has plenty of its own genetic material? A new study may have found an answer.

DDT increases as it moves up a food chain.

Explain how?

DDT increases or biomagnifies if we look at a food chain. DDT is fat-soluble, which means animals store it in fatty tissues. It also takes a relatively long amount of time to break down.

Thus, if a predator consumes multiple organisms and each organism has a small amount of DDT, the amount of DDT in the predator is going to be the result of all of those small amounts combined.
