None of the states could reach common ground on important ideas. For example, the south had much different needs than the north due to their economies. After long discussions they made compromise and both parties left the table with their needs fulfilled.

The Framers were suspicious of a government that might take away people's freedoms or supports several organizations. At the same time, they recognized that the country required a powerful administration than the Articles of Confederation had given. Their aim was to set a limited command, in which the authorities of government are rigorously determined. A restricted administration has only those authorities that are given to it by the personalities.

The significant difficulty that the framers encountered when placing out to address the Constitution was to generate a document and a system of government that could be comprehensive of all of the aspects and perspectives of the representatives and states associated in the convention. For the concern of more dispute amongst the states, it was essential to serve to generate a document that would be an excellent agreement of the many contending prospects.

It is a wrong argumentative methodology whereby original discourse of the current subject is dodged by rather assaulting the character, intention, or other quality of the individual making the contention, or people related with the contention, as opposed to countering the substance of the contention itself. Law Incorporation [45]

Answer:

Absolute monarchy by Thomas Hobbes.

Explanation:

 • Thomas Hobbes strongly believed that Monarchy was the best form of government that would bring peace and harmony in a society. He believed in one supreme power who would uphold all the responsibilities of the people.
 • In his famous book "Leviathan", Hobbes emphasizes on an absolute sovereign power and the establishment of a commonwealth. He believes that all forms of wars and social conflicts arise out of rival governments. Therefore, he advocates for one absolute authority that would maintain peace and harmony within the society.
 • And by that, the only way to erect such a common power was to confer all their power and strength upon one man, or upon one assembly of men, that may reduce all their wills, by plurality of voices, unto one will.

Housing is more than a shelter?
viktelen [127]

Answer:

.Los Angeles is facing many challenges today, none more acute than the shortage of housing. It goes beyond the basic challenge of too few homes for too many people.

As the economy grows, the demand for homes increases, but the incentive for the private sector to build homes decreases. The disincentives emerge in part because capital is more interested in chasing fast and easier returns in the stock market than in the real estate market. In large part, what makes the returns more difficult in real estate is the lack of a housing policy by local government. That is, both the public and the private sectors contribute to an environment where housing is not being built in Los Angeles.
