The science of drawing map is called cartography.

Sri Lanka is located at the South East of India. The map of Sri Lanka appears to be constructed with Sri Lankan perspective as  India is drawn only to show the part of Sri Lanka that is near India. The major feature of the map is the Sri Lankan topography,  so we can say that the map was constructed with a Sri lankan perspective.
