Answer:

Wartimes challenges caused the government to tae an active role in economy, but a step the government didin't take to require unmarried womens to work.

Explanation:

This is a very big misconception that has always remained and made a lot of noise. The thing is that the government didn't require unmarried women to work. But the government did engage them into national service. So, let's explain what are the differences between one and the other.

the government didn't compromise them to work, but it did engage 90% of all women capable of performing full-bodied duties, yes that was the term they used. To perform a type of work or national service. This is not particularly a job. It was more like a civil service all women did, and not all of them were under production lines, also very few were like that but speaking of service, not job. Because the women that worked in the time did perform a lot of production line duty.

Why was gandhi unhappy with the result of india's independence movement?
laila [671]
Gandhi was unhappy because when the British granted India her independence, the Indian Independence Act of 1947 partitioned British India into two: India and Pakistan. His vision of a free India was a harmonious co-existence of the Hindus and Muslims in one nation.

One of the economic rights that Americans enjoy is the right to become an entrepreneur. In a paragraph of not less than five sen
Softa [21]
There’s a whole mindset among Americans that you need to go out and get a job when here we are in an economy where we can make our own jobs. Entrepreneurship is good for our nation as a whole because it creates jobs for a local economy. So just think about this. If we eliminate the Corporate Tax, billions of entrepreneurs will decide to open their businesses here in the US. If eliminating the Corporate Tax doesn’t create tens of millions of jobs in this country, I don’t know what will.

Briefly outline the major features shared by most pre-modern African societies. Could you argue that pre-modern African cultures
zalisa [80]

Answer:

In pre-modern Sub-Saharan Africa, the basic unit of society was the clan or lineage-group. African societies were also largely structured into villages until the first chiefdoms and kingdoms began to appear.

Explanation:

Throughout Sub-Saharan Africa, the basic unit of society was the clan group, which would typically live together as a cluster of households and thus small hamlets or villages would form on the bases of lineages and allied lineages. Large towns would be an amalgamation of these clans, and they would often be distributed as smaller villages of clans grouped together. Each village would be principled around the power of what anthropologists call a “big man.” They were the person whom the clan believed was the most directly descended from their founding ancestors. He would be joined by his extended family as well as more distant relatives, and often unrelated families who had been separated from their own clans and who looked to the big man for guidance and protection. In North Africa and the Saharan Desert, the organization of society was different and largely resembled cultures in the Middle East that were nomadic in large part.
