Yes. Yellow Journalism is basically fake news and exaggerates the truth. A lot most times. Yellow Journalism can change the course a country could go down because the citizens may protest or demand the course the news might state. The news might say that an accident that killed hundreds of people was due to the enemy sabotaging the area and stating that country deserved revenge instead of the truth. The citizens might believe it and demand their government declare war on the enemy country. This could be bad because for a normally calm country and damage the way other nations see them.
