Traffic-clogged US cities are ready for congestion pricing. As most big cities in the world traffic in the US cities is one of the principal issues to solve. Many things have already been made, highways have been built with the intention to reduce the traffic, but unfortunately most people still use their own car to go to work, to go shopping, etc.

The idea of setting a price to avoid people going each with a car, and maybe doing carpool instead, could be one of the main actions to consider.

Also the use of subways and inter city buses can help. But nothing is more effective than setting a price; when people have to pay, they usually give the recommendation a second thought.

I believe they are. This congestion pricing would make tolls for busy highways and help easy some of the congestion because most people would start to car pool, which would help cut some of the congestion down.

Answer:

Sample Response: The characters felt panic and fear, and the first-person point of view helps readers feel what that was like. Seeing things through the eyes of the first-person narrator helps you feel what it was like not to know how to deal with or stop the spread of yellow fever.
