Most sewing machines have some arrows on them on where to direct the thread, but before you actually thread it you want to have string in the machine. once you do that, you want to carefully just take the thread that's in it and just put it through the little hole in the needle. you also want to make sure that you have a decent amount of thread on the other side of the needle so when you start sewing it doesn't slip out.

Answer: First to thread a sewing machine you move the presser foot up. Then place a spool of thread on the spool holder. Draw the thread through the bobbin thread guide. Depress the foot pedal or press the start/stop button to begin winding the bobbin. Loop the thread down and around the U-shaped guide Hold the thread make sure it engages to the tension disk. Then after turning the knob on the sewing machine feed the needed the thread.

B. Cousin Tom is the person who gave Frederick Douglass the idea that Baltimore would be a wonderful place.
When Douglass was supposed to move to Baltimore, most of the people were against that, and even he himself was unsure about his decision. However, cousin Tom described the place as impressively beautiful, so he decided to go in the end.
