I believe you can get your permit at the age of 14, get a license with restrictions at the age of 16 and get your full license at the age of 18.

European exploration forever changed the New World through the spread of disease, religious assimilation, slavery/indentured servitude, cultural/social assimilation, weapon exchange, and economic trade.
