There are two ways to say this in Spanish that have been mentioned above. The first option uses the subject pronoun nosotros (we) and the second one doesn't use it. This is because in Spanish we can remove the subject pronoun of a sentence if we know both the context and the correct conjugation of the verb of the sentence.
