Consider your life goals. Write a few sentences that explain what your goals used to be, what you are working on now, and what y
Natasha_Volkova [10]

I don't know your goals, but here should be the format:

1. Write your past goals, and how you have accomplished/changed them into different goals

2. Write your new goals, and what you are doing to reach them. Write about what you are doing to meet your past changed goals

3. Write about future goals that you can only do once you meet your present goals. For example, if you must master a certain skill in karate before you move to the next belt, then write how you will train to do that certain skill now and how you will train to do upcoming skills for your next karate belt.

(I don't know what the format for this is, but I would suggest doing it in paragraph format).

Sample format: (based of tennis, cause I am a tennis player)

1. Yada yada yada, I used to be a toothpick with skinny legs and arms, but I worked out every day, and I got stronger and more muscular

2. I am currently on a diet to gain weight because I am below the weight limit, and I am eating at least 2,500 calories a day

3. Once I eat more and get taller, I will train and keep working out to get faster. I will also work out my thighs and get stronger because my thigh strength is not the greatest.

[the following sample above is mostly true].

I hope this helps!
