You could do the 13th Admendment to the Constitution about abolishing slavery or the Emancipation Proclamation which states that all slaves are set free. You can easily find these documents online. ☺

If any branch of government turned has all the power of the executive, judiciary, and legislative there will eventually be an arbitrary use of power in the long run, and this will affect the citizens and that society at large. This has been proven in human history in the past in the case of the dictator and absolute monarchy.
