Answer: 3) Scrooge becomes a second father figure to Tiny Tim, and 4) Scrooge makes amends to everyone he had wronged.

Explanation: "A Christmas Carol" is a story written by Charles Dickens, about a very greedy man, named Scrooge, that is visited by three ghosts (the ghost of the past, the ghost of the present, and the ghost of the future), and those visits change his perspective about the decisions he is making in his life. At the end of the story Scrooge becomes a second father figure to Tiny Tim (which is a little boy that helps him become a better person) and he also makes amends to everyone he had wronged as a greedy man.

Snowcat [4.5K]
Packed into cattle cars, the Jews are tormented by nearly unbearable conditions. There is almost no air to breathe, the heat is intense, there is no room to sit, and everyone is hungry and thirsty. In their fear, the Jews begin to lose their sense of public decorum. Some men and women begin to flirt openly on the train as though they were alone, while others pretend not to notice. After days of travel in these inhuman conditions, the train arrives at the Czechoslovakian border, and the Jews realize that they are not simply being relocated. A German officer takes official charge of the train, threatening to shoot any Jew who refuses to yield his or her valuables and to exterminate everybody in the car if anybody escapes. The doors to the car are nailed shut, further preventing escape.

PLEASE HELP ME
Naddik [55]

Answer:

As I tread the loam My feet sink deep. This is a sensory quote because it talks about his feet sinking deep, which has to do with feel and seeing etc. He uses figurative language in the quote The black earth embraces my ankles And clings to my bent knees. We know that this is figurative language because the earth can't literally cling to your knees. Sensory language should help you more. I say this because sensory language offers your brain a more in depth image of what is happening, allowing you to truly envision it in your mind, while figurative language will give your mind a more brief description.
