I believe the answer is : individual strengths; social problems

Individual strenghts limited to one person capabilities to do a certain thing. Social problems refers to the problem that occurs during our interraction with another people. People with autism tend to had experience in these two aspects because they cannot communicate properly with other people, and it is very hard for people to notice their capabilities.
