Technical drawing-u need a good understanding of what your drawing.

Fine Art- u need a much more emphasis on conceptual  idea which may be conveyed through a variety of media

Technical drawings are usually done using CAD software or a drawing board & parallel motion device. Fine art is done freehand, and genuinely taught more in schools because it can be interpreted and taught in many ways (paint, pastel, clay, photography, etc.). Technical drawings are used in engineering, architecture and the like; fine art is displayed in museums, given as commissions for personal use etc. as is it (usually) free of constraints and such. However, fine art can be used as 'concept drawings', so people can produce the technical drawings for it with all the measures on (again, engineering and architecture).

ICE Princess25 [194]

Answer:

Crosstalk, Jitter, Impulse noise.

Explanation:

Crosstalk is a network error that occurs when one pair of cable causes interference on another pair of cables thereby preventing efficient data transmission.

Jitter may also impair the accuracy of the data being transmitted across network because minute variations in amplitude, phase, and frequency always occur. The generation of a perfect carrier signal in an analog circuit is almost impossible. The signal may be affected by continuous and rapid network gains or phase changes.

Impulse noise (also referred to as spikes) is the primary source of errors in data communications.  Impulse noise can be caused by positioning a communications cable near a source of intermittent but strong electromagnetic pulses, such as an elevator motor.

Counter measures

Shielding (protecting wires by covering them with an insulating coating) is one of the best ways to prevent impulse noise, cross-talk.

Amplifiers can be used to increase signal strength since the connection would run across 4 floors.

Explain why you cannot the Apple OS install on a regular windows computer and vice versa, without the aid of a virtualization so
Phoenix [80]

Answer:

The reason is due to proprietary design of the Operating System (OS) which require a virtualization software to blanket or "disguise" the hardware (processor) borderlines of the computer onto which it is to be installed.

Explanation:

An Apple system that has the RISC processor and system architecture which has an operating system made entirely for the Apple system architecture

If the above Apple OS is to be installed on a windows computer, then the procedure to setup up the OS has to be the same as that used when on an Apple system, hence, due to the different processors and components of both systems, a virtualization will be be needed to be provided by a Virtual box, Parallels desktop or other virtualization software.

A news website uses 32-bit integers to count the number of times an article has been viewed. The website is becoming more popula
Irina-Kira [14]

Answer:

2^32 times as many values can be represented

Explanation:

32-bit. This means that the number is represented by 32 separate one’s and zero’s. 32 bits of 2 possible states = 2^32=4,294,967,296 possible values.

Integer meaning that only whole multiples of one are accepted.

Signed meaning that negative values are accepted. This halves the number of possible positive values (roughly), so the largest number you can represent is 2^31–1=2,147,483,647, but instead of 0, the smallest number you can represent is -2,147,483,648. An unsigned 32-bit integer, by contrast, can represent anything from 0 to 4,294,967,295.

. Why use a sensitivity analysis?
Natali [406]

Answer:

Sensitivity analysis is the method in which it basically predict the final outcome of the decision. It analysis each variable individually and identify the dependency of the output value on the particular value of the input.

The advantage of the sensitivity analysis is that it reduce the overall risk of the particular strategy and also impact of the system.

It basically work on the basic principle that firstly changed the structure and model and then observe the particular behavior of the model.
