It was the establishment or birth of the Constitution. The Americans are a proud race. They have shown their best enthusiasm when they want to be heard. The constitution embodies the roots and genetics of the american people as it was collectively defined by each representative of the different states.

It was Germany's Strategy to fight in two fronts

The Schlieffen Plan simplified was for Prussia (The German Empire) to force their troops through neutral country Belgium in order to go around the French Maginot Line of defence. They would then swiftly capture Paris and make France capitulate. After France surrenders Prussia would move their forces to the Eastern Front were they can focus on defeating The Russian Empire.

1. Western Front = Knock out France by going through Belgium.

2. Eastern Front = Move all the troops to the East to invade Russia.
