These are countries where there is no organized opposition political structure. In these systems, the ruling structures elect their political representatives through a recommendation system.

Their political satellites in districts, cities and provinces propose their people who are amenable to governing structures. In democratic systems, a change of government leads to a party shift, which is not the case in one-party systems.
