Answer:

A strategic control system will allow us to monitor and evaluate plans, activities and results with a view towards locating where appropriate changes should be made in strategy.

Explanation:

Strategic control system is an important part of management strategy, and the lack of it will cause a company's strategy to fail.

Strategic control process involves monitoring and evaluation of organizational activities to determine the efficacy and efficiency of members in performing activities and the activities themselves,  and to put corrective measures for improving performance where necessary.

It is foolishness to believe that you can be whatever you want to be especially if someone else has the same dream
IgorC [24]

It is not foolishness to believe that you can be whatever you want.

Every person is a unique individual with a different background and upbringing and thus this means you have different goals and aspirations. People's goals and aspirations can be similar or the same but just because two things are the same doesn't cancel them out.

Having realistic expectations are important when having goals and aspirations because naturally, you cannot become a unicorn or own the world.
