The Federalists felt that this addition wasn't necessary, because they believed that the Constitution as it stood only limited the government not the people. The Anti- Federalists claimed the Constitution gave the central government too much power, and without a Bill of Rights the people would be at risk of oppression.
Hope This Helps!

The capability of the constitution! Eek  okay soo

We had tried the constitution back when we were giving the states alot more power but it was not working and there were errors frequently.
The Leaders of the Federalist party Were James Madison, John Jay, and our lord and savior Alexander Hamilton.

They came togethor to rewrite it for which they agreed to split the work of 25 papers.

One thing led to another and they made 85 XD
John Jay- 5 papers he ended up getting sick
James Madison- 29 papers
Alexander Hamilton- 51 papers !

Any who the renewed constitution was decided to be placed again and its what upholds our country to this day. However inorder to remake the constitution we had to better unite the states much better and give a bit more power to the Government.

People like Thomas Jefferson totally freaked out because he thought we were going to become a monarchy again -_-

Answer:

This question is incomplete. This is the question you might have wanted to ask:

The Neolithic Revolution—also referred to as the Agricultural Revolution—is thought to have begun about 12,000 years ago. It coincided with the end of the last ice age and the beginning of the current geological epoch, the Holocene. How did it (the Neolithic Revolution) forever change the way humans live, eat, interact, and pave the way for modern civilization?

Explanation:

The Neolithic or Agricultural Revolution can be traced to the Neolithic period in which primitive peoples roamed around the world, hunted for animals, and gathered food about 12,000 years ago.

However, around the time, there was a great change from these two major activities, and the primitive people of the time deviated much from hunting and gathering, after they became farmers, started farming, and permanently transitioned into a more settled lifestyle which modified the way all humans live as a community, and eat and interact as individuals and societies.

Although the exact dates are still being debated, it is generally believed from worldwide evidence that about 12,000 years ago, primitive mankind deviated away from predominant roaming, hunting and gathering activities, and started practicing agriculture, domesticating plants, and settling in cities—thus paving the way for the beginning of modern civilization.
