The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was meant to be a document that outlined several different rights that all individuals have, regardless of where they live. This includes concepts such as liberty, right to life, and the prohibition of slavery. This document will lead to the eventual International Bill of Rights which was created in the 1960's and became enforced in the 1970's.
