Answer: A) The Atacama Desert

Explanation: The Atacama Desert is a desert plateau situated in South America, west of the Andes Mountains. It spreads across 600-miles on the Pacific coast and is known to be one of the driest places in the world as it receives less precipitation in comparison to the polar deserts. This desert is mostly composed of salares (salt lakes), stony terrain, sand, and felsic lava which flows towards the Andes. All of these factors together make this desert the most difficult-to-develop region in Chile.

Why would Europeans be willing to trade freedom for security?
Andrews [41]

Answer:

Europeans would trade freedom for security

To prevent terrorist attacks or military invasions.

Explanation:

There are two major reasons behind this answer the first one is that thanks to the previous attacks and incursions European countries have suffered. They have learned that they have to sacrifice a little bit of freedom to win security so they can ensure that they can live peaceful lives. The second reason behind this statement is that continuous vigilance in personal devices helps governments and their security forces to spot dangerous behaviors against their societies.
